Candidates across Australia are encouraged to apply.
About the Role
You'll be part of a Program & Governance team that looks after a major standing offer panel and helps keep key national assets moving in the right direction. You'll work closely with senior leaders and play a hands‑on role in keeping the deeds and contracts running smoothly - making sure everything is well‑managed, compliant and performing as it should.
In this role, you will:

* Manage the full lifecycle of the Deed including variations, compliance tracking and performance oversight
* Provide guidance to other agencies on accessing the panel and engaging suppliers
* Deliver high‑level strategic advice on procurement and contract management matters
* Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
* Prepare high‑quality written material including reports, contracts, procurement documentation, briefs and executive papers
* Maintain procurement and contract management processes across the broader branch

We're seeking candidates who can demonstrate capability at the APS6 or EL1 level with:
* Extensive experience in Commonwealth procurement and contract management
* Strong knowledge of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules and the Resource Management Framework
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* The ability to communicate with influence and build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders
* A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to navigate competing priorities

You'll be joining a geographically dispersed branch that values collaboration, inclusivity and genuine professional growth.
