About the Role
As a Solutions & Implementation Specialist, under the guidance of an experienced Solutions Leader, you will be the go‑to expert for Domain's Agent Solutions product suite. Your responsibilities include helping sales teams articulate value, selling more, and retaining Real‑Estate Agency customers across an assigned region. You will deliver product demos, provide training webinars, and embed Domain as an essential partner in client businesses.

Typical Day
* Partner with Agency Sales Teams to create and deliver sales pitches that articulate value to customers and provide technical expertise throughout the sales journey.
* Provide product demos and training webinars to explain benefits and ensure solutions are well‑integrated into clients' businesses.
* Facilitate the sharing of client feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to identify opportunities for product improvements.
* Support contract renewal conversations to ensure valuable clients are retained and continue to derive maximum value.
* Attend sales meetings and corporate roadshows.
* Provide insights on market conditions, competitor activity, and potential barriers or opportunities.
* Develop industry expertise within the Real‑Estate tech solutions space.
Ideal Person – Qualifications
* Essentials:
o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
o Strong account management experience.
o Sales background working in (or with) the Real Estate industry.
o Experience in new business development.
o Comfortable client‑facing and presenting in sales meetings.
o Familiarity with CRM system functions.
o Valid Australian driver's licence and own reliable vehicle (car allowance provided).
* Nice to Have:
o Tech/SaaS industry experience.
o Technical and/or training experience with SaaS platforms.
