Front of House/Corporate Receptionist Job Description
As a Front of House/Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, emails, and meeting room bookings.
Additionally, you will assist in providing administrative support to the wider business as required. This includes managing relationships with vendors, coordinating meetings and events, and managing supplies of consumables such as stationery and printer supplies.
You will also be responsible for managing the corporate travel dashboard and approval as required, and assisting with fleet vehicle registrations.
