We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our client's Enterprise Delivery team for a long-term contract role. You will work on projects supporting the operational technology used to manage and network, including upgrades to the Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS).

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Project Managers and the Business Analysis & Test Capability Manager to deliver project objectives.
* Conduct requirements gathering, data analysis, and workshops with stakeholders.
* Identify and realise benefits, support operational handovers, and develop associated documentation.
* Apply Lean process improvement techniques to identify areas for efficiency and improvement.
* Support project lifecycle activities, including problem identification, business case development, and budget planning.
* Work effectively in an Agile‐style environment.
* Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, non‐technical language to diverse stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related environments.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
* Experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and project lifecycle support.
* Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible team environment.
Highly Desirable
* Experience in utilities, energy, mining, or infrastructure sectors.
* Exposure to Operational Technology (OT) systems such as SCADA, ADMS, DMS, or EMS.
* Experience with safety‐critical or technical engineering projects.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and challenging stakeholders simultaneously.
