About a Support Professional

You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of consumers by helping them understand their NDIS plans and/or aged care packages, set goals, and connect with suitable support services.

This role offers the chance to work collaboratively with others, contribute to the well-being of Aboriginal communities, and grow professionally in a rewarding environment.

* A bachelor's degree in social work is required
* Registration or eligibility for registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) is essential
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills are necessary for success in this role

You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to making a positive difference in the community. You'll also have access to on-the-job training, external supervision, and professional development opportunities. Additionally, you'll enjoy generous leave entitlements, including six weeks annual leave and thirteen weeks long service leave after seven years. Furthermore, you'll receive an annual remote allowance of $1,300, and relocation support available for candidates moving to Broome.
