About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage two key airport locations - the T4 Virgin Domestic store and the T1 Qantas kiosk - ensuring the highest standards in customer service, sales, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Reporting directly to the Store Support Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing rostering, onboarding, and staff development
* Leading and motivating a team of 5–7 staff across both sites
* Managing stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation
* Driving sales performance through promotions and exceptional service
* Ensuring compliance with airport safety, security, and operational protocols
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Confidence in rostering, coaching, and developing teams
* 3+ years' experience in retail or hospitality leadership roles
* Full Australian working rights and ability to obtain an ASIC card
* Strong understanding of POS systems, stock control, and cash handling
* Flexibility to work varied hours including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
