About the Role
The Department of Health Tasmania invites applications for an Occupational Therapist position in Launceston. This is a permanent full-time role, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
* Undertake delivery of quality care to clients based on best practice principles and within a collaborative framework.
* Provide specialist assessment and treatment services to clients and their families or carers.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality mental health services in accordance with the Mental Health Services Strategic Plan.
* Promote community awareness in relation to mental health and act as a consultant to other agencies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualification/program of study approved by the Occupational Board of Australia.
* Registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
