We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Venue Manager who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving a positive workplace culture.
We don't want a clipboard manager—we want someone who is motivated, hardworking, and embraces change.
The Role
As our Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic staff members and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
You will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining our facilities.
Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service
Ensuring the restaurant is always clean, tidy, and well-maintained
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and partners
Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase revenue
Monitoring and analyzing sales and financial data to make informed business decisions
Creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture that fosters teamwork and collaboration
Recruiting, training, and developing team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures
