Job Title: Key Account Growth Specialist


About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and driven Key Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Key Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within APAC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and leverage your knowledge of customer needs to generate leads.


Key Responsibilities

* Prospecting and Lead Generation

You will research and identify potential target accounts that fit our product set and ICP. This involves conducting thorough market research, analyzing customer data, and leveraging industry trends to inform your approach.

* Hyper-personalised Targeted Outreach

You will develop and implement innovative messaging strategies to engage with prospects and generate leads. This may involve phone, email, LinkedIn, or other forms of outreach.

* Campaigns

You will design and execute targeted outbound campaigns aligned with territory plans or verticals. This requires a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, as well as the ability to adapt and adjust your approach as needed.

* Lead Qualification

You will work with prospects and our sales team to ensure leads meet ICP, BANT, and MEDDPIC requirements. This involves conducting thorough qualification assessments and providing recommendations for further development.

* Personal Development

You will participate in ongoing enablement programs to stay up-to-date on market trends, compliance laws, ERP changes, and other relevant topics. This will help you remain knowledgeable and effective in your role.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration

You will work closely with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to support go-to-market initiatives and enhance customer value. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships.

* Market Insights

You will gather and share market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform business strategy. This will help us make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition.


Requirements

* BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field
* Proven track record of success in sales or business development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce
