We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Advisor to support our team in delivering comprehensive property consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop business processes, organisational structures, and asset management services in public and private sectors.
* Implement recognised international standards such as ISO55000 or ISO41000.
* Manage multiple client engagements to deliver project outcomes within time and budget constraints.
* Procure asset management services, including development of specifications, KPIs, payment mechanisms, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Business, Building, Asset Management, or Facilities Management, with a minimum of 10 years commercial experience across asset management and FM services procurement processes. They should be accredited with an industry body and possess advanced Microsoft Office skills.
