Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
* Support employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
* Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
* Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues and performance management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in HR or recruitment.
* Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
