The ideal candidate will act as the liaison point between customers and installers, providing exceptional service by responding to enquiries, confirming installation bookings, and resolving any issues that arise.
This role involves scheduling and allocating installation jobs to installers, confirming installation dates with customers, and collaborating with internal personnel for order-related matters.
