About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to a broad range of customers across multiple contact channels and locations.
As a Customer Experience Officer, you will be responsible for effectively managing customer enquiries, service requests, applications, and transactions across multiple service delivery channels. This includes providing a high level of customer service and professionalism to the community and council customers.
The positions are available on a fixed-term basis, ranging from 3 months to 15 months in length.
About You
We are seeking experienced individuals who have worked in customer service or records management roles in large and diverse organisations. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to organise and communicate information clearly through various customer contact channels, are essential.
