The Digital Channel Manager will have end-to-end ownership of the organisation's digital channels, including the website, digital advertising, campaign landing pages and CRM-driven journey automation. Blending strategic oversight with hands-on execution, the role will drive optimisation of the digital experience through data-led decision-making, analytics and personalisation. Leveraging behavioural and customer insights, the manager will continuously refine the customer journey, guiding prospects through relevant, compelling and high-performing digital interactions while ensuring all activity remains aligned with brand standards and broader business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Campaign Management
* Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across search, display, social, video, and programmatic platforms (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
* Coordinate agency relationships to optimise ROI and performance of paid campaigns.
* Collaborate with content, design and aquisition teams to create effective creative assets and messaging.
Website & Conversion Optimisation
* Oversee content and UX of the bussiness website to ensure it is customer-centric, on-brand, and optimised for lead generation and SEO.
* Manage website updates, landing page creation, and A/B and multivariate testing.
CRM, Email Marketing & Automation
* Develop and manage CRM/email marketing strategies, workflows, and nurture journeys for prospective customers.
* Collaborate with other business units to align communications with key decision points.
* Ensure email campaigns are tracked, responsive, and compliant with privacy and data laws.
Social Media
* Work with Brand and Campaign manager to optimise organic and paid social media strategy, aligning with campaign themes, customer life, and content calendar.
* Collaborate to generate engaging content.
* Monitor channel performance, sentiment, and trends, adapting strategy as needed.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
* Monitor site performance and customer behavior to improve user experience and conversion.
* Track and report on KPIs across all digital channels.
* Use CRM analytics to provide insights and inform decisions.
* Provide regular digital performance reports and recommendations to the marketing leadership team.
Budget Management
* Manage digital marketing budgets, agency performance, and external partnerships for strong ROI.
KEY ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience managing digital channels and campaigns
* Proven experience using CMS, CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
* Strong track record of digital channel performance improvement and lead generation.
* Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and an ability to use data to make decisions.
