Business Support Officer Job Description

Join us in applying for a dynamic Business Support Officer role at Randstad Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless business operations and enhancing operational efficiency.

* Facilitate smooth business operations by coordinating workflows between departments.
* Assist in project management and support the implementation of business initiatives.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
* Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
* Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
* Maintain records, databases, and office systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
* Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial transactions as required.
* Assist with general office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
* Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
* Prepare, organise, and maintain records, reports, and important documentation.
* Monitor office supplies and arrange timely replenishments.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* A proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset.
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High attention to detail and accuracy
