Cranfield Group's proud partnership with a leading name in Commercial & Industrial construction is currently looking for a temporary Site Supervisor at their Gold Coast site for a short term contract.

Due to extensive workload of current projects, the need for an additional Site Supervisor has become available.

About the Role
* Supervise the last 8-10 weeks of work left of the construction project, ensuring tasks are completed according to plans and specifications.
* Lead and coordinate the work of construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Enforce safety regulations and protocols onsite, conducting regular inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
* Collaborate with project manager, to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
* Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders, addressing any delays or issues that arise.
* Order and manage construction materials and equipment, ensuring availability without excessive overstock.
* Conduct quality inspections ensuring work meet established standards and specifications.
* Provide training and motivation to construction workers to ensure high standards of work and safety compliance.
* Availability for Hours of work from 545am - 245 pm, based on a 45 hr working week, Mon-Fri, ensuring you are the 1st on and last on site.

What You'll Need
* Qualified Carpenter (Certificate III in Carpentry)
* White Card
* Own tools, transport & PPE
* Up-to-date resume
* Proven Site Supervisor Experience on Construction sites
* Recent working reference
* Current Site Supervisor Licence and or QBCC Builders Licence
