About the Role:
The Commercial Enterprise Lead role is a key position within our organization, responsible for supporting new and ongoing projects as part of Victoria's Big Build initiative.
* This includes overseeing end-to-end commercial and contract administration for major infrastructure works.
* Negotiating and managing Target Outturn Costs (TOC) to ensure successful project delivery.
* Identifying, quantifying, and actively managing commercial risks and opportunities that impact project outcomes.
