About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team on a casual basis. No prior experience is required, although previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is highly regarded. The ideal candidates will take pride in their work, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms to the hotel's high standards, including changing linens, making beds, and restocking amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas, corridors, and back-of-house spaces.
- Report maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures in accordance with hotel policy.
- Contribute positively to team culture and support colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
About You:
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent guest service.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a bonus but not essential.
