About the role:
* Work closely with partners on major M&A, energy, and real estate transactions.
* Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate documents and contracts, ensuring every detail aligns with your clients' business objectives.
* Provide high-level strategic advice on large-scale corporate transactions and developments, from due diligence to post-transaction support.
* Collaborate with a talented team of lawyers, paralegals, and corporate experts, gaining unmatched exposure to a diverse range of high-profile clients.
* Engage in dynamic, cross-practice projects, supporting high-value commercial and energy deals while focusing on your core real estate expertise.
* Shape best practices in a new, fast-growing niche area of law, leveraging innovative solutions and high-level advocacy skills.
The ideal candidate:
* 3-5 years' PQE with proven expertise in corporate property and capital transactions, ideally supporting M&A, energy, or commercial matters.
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with a track record of managing complex legal matters.
* A detail-oriented, proactive, and commercial thinker with a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
* Eager to build relationships with senior partners, clients, and industry leaders while managing key transactions with confidence.
* A true team player who thrives in a collaborative, results-driven setting and is excited about taking ownership of significant matters.
