Merchant Service Designer Role
As a Merchant Service Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of payment and merchant experiences across various industries. Your primary responsibility will be to define scalable, quality end-to-end services for Merchant customers using NAB's payment solutions.
* Understand customer needs and preferences to design user-friendly and seamless experiences.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and uplift customer and colleague processes and services.
* Develop and implement design strategies that deliver strategic results for NAB and guide customer/colleague experience decisions.
Key Qualifications:
* Extensive experience working as a service designer or CX designer.
* Experience within a finance or service industries.
* Demonstrated ability to partner and successfully work with multiple disciplines and complex teams.
* Excellent working knowledge of the design process, experience design methodologies and principles.
* Strong ability to independently perform the essential capabilities required in this role.
