Job Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for making and repairing tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and other precision parts and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining conformance to Australian Health and Safety standards
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
* Producing parts within precise tolerances
* Operating machinery such as CNC machines with advanced programming capabilities
* Maintaining a high standard of house-keeping around machines
The ideal candidate will possess an Australian Trade certificate, minimum 2 years experience, and comprehensive knowledge of tooling capabilities and safety standards. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
