Oaks Brisbane on Felix Suites is looking for an experienced and driven Hotel Manager to take on this opportunity to lead a dynamic property, ideally located in the Brisbane City.
Key Responsibilities
* Leverage your passion, initiative, and strategic approach to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
* Manage day-to-day profitability, presentation, and operations of the entire property.
* Oversee financial forecasting, staff rostering, and promotional initiatives to boost sales.
* Develop and lead the property team to reach their highest potential.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including Body Corporate, Strata Managers, and local business partners.
* Manage, lead, and motivate staff to ensure a high-performing team culture is maintained.
* Make strategic decisions to increase Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) by collating and analysing data.
Qualifications
* Proven hotel operational and financial management experience.
* Strong background working with body corporate and strata management regulations.
* Strong leadership skills to foster accountability and staff engagement.
* Track record of upholding high service standards while maximizing revenue and minimizing costs.
* Ability to build strong relationships with guests, owners, and staff.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
* Ability to seek and maintain local market partnerships.
* Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
