About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Line Supervisor / 2IC to support our retail production operation. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys being across multiple areas of production and stepping up into leadership when needed.
This role is primarily a day shift and will see you enjoying the benefits of a regular 4 day work week
* 6:00am – 4:00pm (Monday to Thursday)
* Some Friday work may be required (to cover annual leave or overtime)
What you will be doing:
* Supervising and supporting the day-to-day running of the production line, ensuring production targets, safety, and quality standards are met
* Operating and monitoring machinery, completing basic maintenance, cleaning and adjustments as required
* Conducting quality checks and ensuring labelling, packaging, and product consistency meet required standards
* Recording production data, shift metrics, and any issues or incidents for traceability and continuous improvement
* Supporting warehouse functions including dispatch picking, connotes, CHEP transfers, and moving product into cold rooms
* Stepping into relief leadership duties and covering key operational roles when required (machine operation, mixing room, forklift/warehouse support)
About You

We are looking for someone who has:
* A safety-first mindset and disciplined approach to working safely
* A proactive attitude and ability to stay on top of shift responsibilities
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and is computer literate
* Good problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn and improve processes
* Previous manufacturing or production experience (highly regarded, but not essential)
* Australian work rights (Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen)
* A forklift licence (preferred) or willingness to obtain one
