Job Title: Human Resources Administration Assistant
Overview of the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources Administration Assistant in a full-time capacity. The role will provide general HR administration support to ensure the department operates effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and publishing the weekly staff newsletter, coordinating the staff and contractor ID card database, assisting with HR Training in conducting new staff inductions, maintaining staff uniform stock, completing administrative tasks, arranging meetings, and compiling relevant information for reports.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need great communication, organisation, and time management skills. You must also have full availability, including weekends and public holidays, and a driver's license (manual preferred).
