Working for this dynamic innovative organisation as a Digital Producer you will assist with bringing the Customer & Technology digital product vision to life by developing content solutions that will create a world class digital experience for customers.
You will have the ability to work with other Content Producers, providing leadership and creating experiences that will exceed customers' expectations and deliver business value.
Key accountabilities
* Support the development of a content engagement process, commencing from ideation, solutioning through to delivery
* Work closely with designers, user experience, developers, and content specialists to produce beautiful, simple, accessible and usable digital products
* Coordinate delivery of responsive web applications and content using agile (scrum / kanban) methodologies to meet business requirements and timelines
* Understand and document customer interaction flows across different channels and touch points (customer journey mapping)
* Consult on interface design and co-ordinate usability testing
* Drive an agile development process, ensuring efficient and effective daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives, and showcases
Skills, knowledge, and experience
* Experience supporting the achievement of strategic objectives through the delivery of innovative web applications, content, and services
* Strong experience working with a range of Web Content Management Systems, such as Adobe Experience Manager
* Strong experience and demonstrable expertise with HTML5 and CSS
* Experience using A|B and multivariate testing tools, including Adobe Target. Experience using Adobe Target or similar to create tailored / segmented customer campaigns and content
* Understanding of search engine optimisation and search engine marketing techniques and strategies
* Experience working with Atlassian products, including JIRA and Confluence
* An excellent eye for detail with the ability to proactively identify areas of improvement
* Knowledge of W3C standards for web accessibility
