The Opportunity
Partner with customers to ensure their business runs to peak efficiency with minimal downtime & optimal equipment performance
Directly engage with customers' site operational staff to build relationships & resolve issues to create outstanding customer value
Develop processes that are reliable, consistent & efficient to enable your team to perform at their peak
Develop forecasts in collaboration with Head Office
Oversee the planning & control logistical operations
Work with other Branch & Regional Managers to optimise outcomes for BMSA and our customers
Be accountable for HSEQ, sales/expense budgets, inventory targets & management of staff
About You - Essential
Strong commitment to safety of yourself & others
Excellent communication skills both internal & external
Demonstrated ability in managing a profit/cost centre & developing forecasts
Success in customer facing B2B relationship management
A history of delivering success through inspiring team management
Proven history of managing administration & service teams
Must have current work rights in Australia
Valid driving licence
About You - Preferred
Exposure to mining, agriculture or heavy manufacturing
