Harris Lieberman Solicitors is seeking an experienced Wills and Estate Planning Solicitor to join our growing team in Wodonga in a full time capacity (Remote or Hybrid options also available).

Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our long-term employee retention and our efforts to nurture the next generation of solicitors in our firm.ResponsibilitiesAdvising clients on all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.Assisting clients with estate administration, including obtaining probate and administering trusts.Liaising with clients and other legal professionals.Managing a busy caseload efficiently and effectively.Building and maintaining client relationships.RequirementsPrevious experience in estate planning and administration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.Excellent time management skills.The ability to work well in a team and independently.A strong work ethic with a commitment to providing excellent client service.Intermediate to advanced computer skills in the Microsoft Suite.Experience with Smokeball preferred but not essential.Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful applicant based upon qualifications and experience.If you meet the above requirements and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, please apply with your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience Attention Christine Barnett.
