As a chef, working in our kitchen will provide an opportunity to utilise your culinary skills while continually learning and developing your own knowledge and capabilities. Teamwork is essential and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate their ability to work in a fast-paced environment with some of the best in the industry.
Under the guidance of our head chef and assistance of catering assistants and kitchen hands, you will be responsible producing, plating and organising catering for each day and will assist the head chef with stock control and ordering.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in one or more of the following sections;
* sandwich production
* finger food/ canape catering for events
* bulk hot food meal production
* cold larder
