Hotel Room Attendant (Housekeeping) at Accor – Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park. This dual-branded hotel features 378 rooms, a restaurant and bar, wellness amenities, and a large conference centre. We are part of the Accor group, Australia’s largest hotel network. 
We are currently recruiting 5x Room Attendants to be in full-time positions. 
Responsibilities 
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and hallways to a high standard 
- Replace towels, toiletries, and other room items so every room is guest-ready 
- Report any lost property or broken items to your supervisor 
- Use cleaning tools and chemicals safely and correctly 
- Ensure the security of keys and guest rooms at all times by adherence to security procedures 
Qualifications 
- Able to follow instructions and work independently 
- Friendly and respectful to guests and team members 
- Physically fit with the confidence to work independently 
- Sharp attention to detail and pride in doing things right 
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster – including weekends and public holidays
