Estimator Position

Main Responsibilities
* Create accurate project cost estimates and contract specifications
* Prepare commercial tenders and obtain quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers
* Monitor costs during the construction phase and ensure budgets are met
* Built relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
