Overview
Executive DevOps Engineer - MMBL.
Responsible for first-level support of all applications (In-House Applications [IHA] and Third-Party Applications), managing production and disaster recovery environments, and ensuring smooth deployment and monitoring of all applications. The role also includes hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure Self-Hosted Agents.
Responsibilities
* Provide first-level support for all applications (In-House Applications and Third-Party).
* Manage production environments for both In-House and Third-Party applications.
* Manage disaster recovery (DR) environments and ensure synchronization between DR and live systems.
* Maintain records of complaints and ensure timely resolution.
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and audit recommendations (SBP/External).
* Deploy new portals/applications (In-House Applications and Third-Party).
* Fix security vulnerabilities as per Information Security (IS) reports.
* Monitor application servers and optimize application performance.
* Coordinate with vendors for third-party systems and ensure timely ticket resolution.
* Enforce and adhere to change management and information security policies.
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
* Manage Azure Self-Hosted Agents for deployment and automation tasks.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (4 years) in Computer / Software Engineering from a reputed institution.
* Minimum 2 years of IT experience, preferably in Application Management & Support.
* Experience in software development is preferred.
* Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure Self-Hosted Agents.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
