The Role :
Membership Consultants are the “Engine Room” of our business. They promote and represent our company, its values, and culture. They seek out new members and demonstrate why Fitness Cartel Australia is the best place for them to reach their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow the club member base through new membership sales.
* Generate leads using creative and varied techniques, including promoting facilities to local businesses and the community.
* Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
* Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members, highlighting features and benefits that meet their fitness needs.
* Create positive and personalized member journeys through interactions.
* Follow up on enquiries to achieve successful outcomes.
* Track leads, appointments, and sales daily on our CRM.
* Work with your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
* Perform other related duties as required.
What you’ll need to succeed:
* At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
* A financially motivated individual with a drive to achieve targets.
* Experience in a KPI-driven environment with proactive lead generation skills.
* Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and help them succeed.
* Problem-solving skills and resilience.
* Excellent communication skills—listening, understanding, empathizing, and influencing.
* Customer-focused attitude aiming for exceptional outcomes.
* Ability to exemplify healthy values and be passionate about the brand.
* A positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
* Reliable, punctual, professional, and well-presented.
