Archer Real Estate is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our growing Strata division in Canberra.

Archer Real Estate is building a portfolio of premium residential and mixed-use developments across Canberra and is looking for a motivated professional who wants to be part of something growing and genuinely different.
The Role
As a Strata Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Owners Corporations while delivering proactive, professional service to committees and owners.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a portfolio of residential and mixed-use strata schemes
* Building strong relationships with Executive Committees and owners
* Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractor engagement
* Preparing and presenting for AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
* Budget preparation and financial oversight of Owners Corporations
* Providing legislative guidance under the Unit Titles Management Act 2011 (ACT)
* Managing insurance claims and contractor works where required
* Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and governance requirements
You will be supported by modern technology systems and structured internal processes designed to make strata management more efficient and less administrative.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, professional and solutions-focused.
Ideally you will have:
* Previous strata management experience (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
* Strong knowledge of ACT strata legislation or the ability to learn quickly
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
* Confidence running meetings and advising committees
* A proactive and client-focused mindset
