Construction Project Manager Role
We specialize in constructing technical and complex facilities with innovative designs.
Many of our construction projects are managed within a live operational environment requiring careful planning.
This role involves supporting the execution of our construction projects from inception to completion.
* Coordinate construction projects by liaising with stakeholders for milestone achievements.
* Maintain project documentation, monitoring timelines, budget, and resources.
* Facilitate project meetings, manage procurement, and supplier relationships.
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance.
* Prepare project reports, presentations, and other related documents.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Understanding of construction project management principles and industry practices.
* 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
* Demonstrated experience or exposure to the construction industry.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
* Strong attention to detail with proactive problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with collaboration capabilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
