The Role
As our Senior Property Manager, you’ll look after a well-maintained portfolio with plenty of admin support behind you. You’ll be the go-to person for clients, keeping things running smoothly while ensuring top-notch service and compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage a tidy, established portfolio — with full admin support.
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with owners and tenants.
- Stay sharp on renewals, arrears, inspections, and maintenance.
- Be part of a fun, supportive crew every day.
About You
- Proven property management experience under your belt.
- QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence in hand.
- People-first communicator who builds trust easily.
- Tech-savvy with PropertyMe (or similar CRM).
- Super organised, detail-focused, and on top of it all.
- Positive, proactive, and always a team player.
- Licence and reliable wheels ready to go.
