Role
Deliver safe, efficient and patient‑centred general orthopaedics at consultant level, including:
* Outpatient clinics (schedule by agreement with the Clinical Director/CMO)
* Theatre lists and peri‑operative care
* Consultative support to ED and inpatient teams
* Collaboration with community health services
Casemix includes pre‑/post‑op care, upper & lower limb, major joints, hip & back problems, fractures and acute injuries (adult & paediatric).
About You
* AHPRA Specialist Registration (Orthopaedic Surgery, FRACS) or RACS Substantially Comparable assessment (IMGs welcome)
* Broad general orthopaedics skill set
* Demonstrated teaching and research experience
* Commitment to evidence‑based practice and service improvement
