We’re looking for a passionate and experienced artisan baker to join and lead our small team in a vibrant regional town in Victoria. This is more than just a baking job - it’s an chance to bring your vision, creativity, and skill to an evolving community that is discovering, handcrafted bread and pastries.
You will need to have solid experience in artisan baking & pastries, a genuine love for your craft, and the ability to guide and inspire others. We are looking for someone who’s flexible, forward-thinking, and communicative - someone who thrives on collaboration, but also knows when to lead from the front.
