Our Client:

The role:
* Safely operate equipment to meet daily production targets
* Maintain product quality to required standards
* Support team workflow and troubleshoot issues
* Lead by example in safety and performance
* Train and mentor team members
* Conduct inspections and identify hazards
* Collaborate to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
* Complete accurate production documentation
Selection Criteria:
* Valid Drivers Licence + Reliable transport
* Valid Forklift Ticket
* Able to pass Medical, including Drug & Alcohol testing
