The Manager provides direct line management for the Early Intervention Team (Program for Early Intervention and Prevention of Disability- PEIPOD) team, the Community Mental Health Rehabilitation Team, Peer Workforce, Pathways to Community Living and the GP Shared Care Program. About you: We are seeking a skilled and energetic Manager with Managerial and Leadership experience who possess a passion for person centred care. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia 2.Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management capacity in a clinical setting, or similar experience 3.Recognized post graduate tertiary qualification in a clinical specialty or management (or willingness to undertake same within 12 months) or equivalent relevant experience 4.Demonstrated operational, financial, human resource, workplace health and safety and effective communication / interpersonal skills experience at departmental level 5.Comprehensive understanding of clinical governance 6.Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis in their daily practice and the ability to deliver, evidenced based, patient centered care within a complex environment 7.Demonstrated experience in quality improvement principles, clinical policy and procedure development and implementation 8.Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, an electronic medical record / referral system, and excellent time management.
