**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support for IT systems, hardware, and software across the retail department.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including workstations, network switches, servers, printers, and Pos's systems.
- Respond to internal IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Implement and manage security protocols to ensure data protection and compliance with Australian standards.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and software rollouts to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related projects and troubleshooting.
**Skills & Experience Required**
- Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems.
- Responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems.
- Adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements.
- Installing and downloading appropriate software.
- Implementing computer networks.
- Designing and maintaining company websites.
- Repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers, network switches and modems
