Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Leading Hand Estate Upkeep. This position involves managing an estate upkeep team, conducting trades work, capturing key performance indicators, and ensuring all work aligns with required standards.
The successful candidate will have a general trade background with leadership and maintenance supervision skills, as well as working knowledge of asset compliance and management techniques.
* Manage an estate upkeep team to conduct trades work delivering estate maintenance within Defence sites
* Capture KPI's and estate upkeep work performance metrics
* Ensure all work aligns with required standards and requirements
* Identify and manage risks associated with works delivery
* General trade background with leadership and maintenance supervision
* Working knowledge of asset compliance / management techniques
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship is mandatory)
