Park Management Opportunity
* Recruit, motivate, and develop a team consisting of Front Office, Cafe, Housekeeping and Maintenance staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Lead the delivery of memorable guest experiences and manage member and guest reservations at the property.
* Drive a safety-first culture across the property, ensuring all team members follow policies and procedures, including occupational health and safety practices.
* Manage financial resources effectively, controlling costs and driving revenue growth.
* Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of assets within the property.
* Liaise with local stakeholders, including council representatives, industry bodies, and community groups.
* Manage the operations of onsite facilities, including cafes, pools, and recreational areas.
Key Requirements
* Demonstrated management experience in hospitality or related industries.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, reservations systems, financial software, and rostering tools.
* Knowledge of caravan park grounds and maintenance requirements.
* Understanding of regulatory requirements impacting caravan park operations and ability to maintain a safe working environment.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Current driver's license, police clearance, and senior first aid certificate.
* Availability to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
