Senior Architecture Advisor - Utilities - (Brisbane Based Role)

What you'll do:
1. The Customer Advisory Architecture Advisor (AA) works closely with SAP's Sales organisation and the Partner ecosystem to define the account strategy.
2. Responsible for bridging the gap between the customer's business strategy and relevant solutions through crafting the to-be business and solution architectures and designing a transformation roadmap at the enterprise level to facilitate the customer's adoption of Cloud-based architectures.
3. Support the assessment of customer strategy and current solution usage from SAP to develop potential areas of opportunity for solution adoption & consumption.
4. Engage with customers to support sales cycles throughout the Customer Value Journey as an integral member of the SAP account team.
5. Drive business and IT architecture definitions to ensure consistency, cooperation, and alignment with SAP organisations, the customer, and partners.
6. Provide a linkage from the customer to SAP product development leadership as required.
What you bring:
1. Considerable experience with software/IT organisations as an IT Architecture or Enterprise Architecture Advisor.
2. Deep knowledge of SAP Cloud and knowledge of Hosted Services, SaaS/ PaaS models and Cloud-based commerce/business networks.
3. Proven track record of success in Utilities Industry is required.
4. Ability to lead through influence and consultative selling experience.
5. Fluency in English; any other language is an asset.
6. Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is ideal, MBA or equivalent degree required from accredited university preferred.
