We specialise in the design, installation, servicing, and maintenance of pump and irrigation systems across agricultural, industrial, commercial, and domestic applications.
We are currently seeking a motivated Irrigation & Pump Technician/s to join our growing team.
About the Role
This hands-on role involves pump installation, commissioning, servicing, and fault-finding, along with irrigation system installation and maintenance. You will work across rural, domestic, and commercial environments, supporting clients with reliable water solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Open and close the store as required
* Assist customers with pump and irrigation product selection
* Assemble pumps, controllers, and irrigation products for installation
* Install, commission, service, and repair pumps (rural, domestic, and commercial)
* Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems and components
* Diagnose and troubleshoot pump, motor, controller, and system faults
* Support clients with irrigation/pump performance and system optimisation
* Complete daily paperwork and job documentation
* Maintain a clean and safe worksite
About You
* Experience in pump installation, pump servicing, irrigation, or agricultural water systems (training provided for the right candidate)
* Background in agriculture, farming, or rural operations highly regarded
* Experience with large-scale or commercial irrigation systems advantageous
* Background in plumbing, civil construction, utilities, mechanical, electrical, or maintenance highly regarded
* Poly welding experience desirable (butt fusion and/or electro fusion advantageous)
* Electrical licence desirable (restricted or full) desirable but not essential
* White Card (Construction Induction Card) required
* Licensed Plumber desirable but not essential
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
* Valid driver's licence
* Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, proactive approach
* High attention to detail and professional presentation
* Willingness to travel to job sites
