Six Degrees Executive are excited to be partnering with an exciting international FMCG organisation who are growing their presence in Australia. We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work at across all areas of the business. The primary focus of this role will be to partner with the Commercial, Marketing and Supply Chain team and be responsible for the delivery of month end for the Australian entity, support Commercial on customer discounts, and trade A&P accruals.
Key areas that you will be responsible for include:
* Ownership of the month end processes, analysis and balance sheet management
* Own month end variance analysis and provide insightful commentary
* Support the Commercial team on the management of discount accruals and purchase order tracking
* Ownership of the monthly reporting pack
* Build and maintain modelling and analysis tools for forecasts and budget
* Business partner with the Commercial, Marketing and Supply Chain team
* Preparation of the monthly GST return
* Provide strong financial leadership and business partnering support to the team
* Ad-hoc business performance reporting
Ideally, you will be a qualified accountant with 3-5 years experience post qualification. You will be comfortable in influencing stakeholders and interpreting requirements from the marketing and commercial team which will enable you to build meaningful reports to help with decision making.
