About the role:
- Pharmaceutical organisation
- Seeking highly motivated and detail oriented Microbiologist
- Open to fresh graduates with some experience
- Casual contract role with potential for extension
About your duties:
- Perform routine QC analysis and aseptic microbiological testing
- Enviromental swabbing/monitoring
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Taking microbial samples in production
- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and regulations
- Data collection, analysis and documentation
- Maintaining high standards
Skills/experience:
- Bachelor of Science, ideally majoring in Microbiology.
- Similar industry experience is preferred
- Solid foundation in microbiological techniques and principles
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of aseptic techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
