We're seeking a driven and proactive **Junior Social Media & Content Coordinator** to support our team in delivering engaging, high-quality content in the podcasting and social media space.
**What You'll Do**
- **Content Strategy & Episode Research**: Research and develop content ideas based on industry trends to keep the clients episodes relevant, engaging and optimised for traffic.
- **Client Coordination**: Manage communication with clients, including on shoot days and remotely, ensuring the highest standards of service and seamless collaboration.
- **Video & Content Reviews**: Organise and review video content, checking for quality, captions, virality and storytelling alignment.
- **Reporting, Analysis & Strategy Refinement**: Compile performance data, analyse results, and adjust strategies based on insights to enhance client content.
- **Logistics & Organization**: Coordinate and schedule shoots, manage resources, and oversee preparation for smooth operations.
- **Reactions & Viral Content**: Source and curate reaction videos and identify new viral content trends to enhance our clients' social media presence.

- Familiar with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment and ready to tackle diverse responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and quick to adapt.
- Excellent communicator with strong IT skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Available from 8am to 5pm AEST.
