We’re looking for a motivated Systems Compliance Administrator to join our Tier 3 Commercial Construction client. This role works closely with the Systems Compliance & Marketing Manager to ensure compliance across business systems, support audits and reporting, and assist with marketing and communication tasks. Key responsibilities include: Maintain, streamline and monitor internal systems, document control, and compliance processes (ISO, Procore, HammerTech). Prepare reports, track compliance deadlines, and assist with internal and external audits. Support onboarding and training for staff on systems and compliance protocols. Assist with marketing activities such as website updates, social media, newsletters, and capability statements. Provide general administrative and project support, acting as 2IC when required. What we’re looking for: 3–5 years’ experience in administration, compliance, or systems support (construction industry experience preferred). Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tools such as Procore, HammerTech, Canva or InDesign will be highly regarded. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
