Job Title: Ruminant Sales Manager

As a Ruminant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and executing a sales strategy that meets or exceeds sales revenue budgets for the ruminant sector in both Kemin Australia and New Zealand.
* Providing technical presentations and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
* Managing pricing and product offerings in coordination with distributors and head office.
The successful candidate will possess:
* A bachelor's degree in animal science, nutrition, or related field.
* Three years of experience in technical sales in the ruminant sector.
* Outstanding presentation, selling, and negotiating skills.
* Ability to communicate value-added propositions using sound technical and commercial principles.
* Results-oriented and proactive communication skills.
Working Conditions: The position is based in Australia or New Zealand and requires extensive domestic travel to visit major ruminant farms and regions.
