In this 12-month temporary position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will join our high performing IT team and be responsible for IT Procurement and IT Department Administrative tasks.

- IT Procurement of IT Goods & Services and SLA’s
- Coordinate procurement of IT goods and services, including hardware, software, SLAs, and ad-hoc purchases.
- Process purchase requisitions and confirm receipt of goods/services in relevant systems.
- Manage invoices and internal cross-charges.
- Maintain awareness of IT purchases and support invoice/SLA tracking with IT-Controlling.
- Identify and support process improvement opportunities in IT procurement.
- Provide general administrative support related to IT procurement.
Coordinate Activities within the IT Department
- Maintain internal IT communications (e.g. org charts, visitor overviews, induction/training materials).
- Support reporting tasks like KPIs and dashboards.
- Organise IT events, workshops, and conferences.
- Schedule and facilitate recurring team meetings.
- Assist with team engagement activities in collaboration with People & Culture.
- Provide updates and materials to regional stakeholders as needed (e.g. dashboards, presentations).

Specific Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- General understanding of the information technology space
- General understanding of administrative procurement tasks
- Strong mathematical and accounting skills
Education/Training:
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and Outlook

This is a full time, 12-month temporary position (pay-rolled through a trusted third party) based at our head office in Mulgrave.
