In this 12-month temporary position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will join our high performing IT team and be responsible for IT Procurement and IT Department Administrative tasks.

IT Procurement of IT Goods & Services and SLA's
* Co-ordinate procurement requirements for IT goods and services, including purchase requisitions, SLA requisition, hardware/software maintenance requisitions, adhoc purchase requisitions and all others.
* Register purchase requisitions and receipt of goods and services in the appropriate systems.
* Manage sundry invoices/cross-charging to other departments.
* Maintain overall understanding of the IT goods & services purchased.
* In conjunction with IT-Controlling, maintain overview of invoice and SLA status and report to management on a monthly basis.
* Facilitate and support efficiency opportunities across the IT procurement process.
* Other administrative services relating to procurement of IT goods and services
Coordinate Activities within the IT Department
* Maintain IT communications such as departmental overviews for visitors, organisation chart, induction and training packs for new starters.
* Maintain internal admin tasks such as KPI reporting and dashboards.
* Event coordination for workshops and conferences.
* Schedule, prepare, and facilitate recurring meetings (IT-Shopfloor, IT Demand Forum).
* Assist People & Culture Team with team activities such as internal get-togethers and social activities.
* Update regional stakeholders and counterparts upon request (this includes dashboards, PowerPoint presentations and all other requests from the central/regional teams).

Specific Knowledge:
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
* General understanding of the information technology space
* General understanding of administrative procurement tasks
* Strong mathematical and accounting skills
Education/Training:
* Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and Outlook
* Knowledge of SAP

This is a full time, 12-month temporary position (pay-rolled through a trusted third party) based at our head office in Mulgrave.
